A new year is upon us and I forward to making the most of it.. Last year was a good year as we posted a 5% gain over the previous years total. Not bad in a slow economy.
I attribute the increase to several thing.. One Karen in the office answering the phones and booking appointments, a steady onegoing direct mail campaign to keep our clients up to date and let them know we are available to provide service at any time. And to great client service before, during and after the appointment.
In times of a slowing economy and a booming economy you have to provide excellent client service and they will respond with more business, more referrals.
