Just back from my 1st Hurricanes game this year.. My brother in law got tickets for tonight's game against Buffalo Sabers.. We were in row E to the right of the goal near the face off circle.. great seats and right down by the action..( man i'm spoiled now. :))

Looking forward to 2009 we see good growth and in the future the need to hire a Tech helper on the trucks to learn the proper way to work with our great clients giving them superior service with a warm friendly smile and confidence of good training and on the job training.

So far, we have maintained a busy schedule even during these hard economic times.. Every day we hear how bad it is, and while it's bad in some areas of the country, we in this area, seem not to experiencing the unprecedented drop in home values or the massive unemployment rates that are so prevalent in a few other states.

In time like these it reinforces what we have know all along, that the importance of providing good service and great value will all way's be appreciated by your clients. They will refer friends and family without hesitation. We have not and will not change the way we do business..

With that said, we look forward to see you again soon or if you have not done business with us I look forward to helping you preserve one of the largest investments you have in your home, the floor covering to include carpet, hardwoods and the tile and grout..

Time for reflection on the past year that was 2008

Hello again,
As the days of summer come to a close I like to look back and take stock of all the positive encounters I have been privileged to attend.. Meeting and getting a chance to talk with a lot of our clients has made my life all the more richer and I feel very fortunate for that..

Also my involvement with the Garner Chamber of Commerce has been uplifting and exciting as well.. Meeting local business leaders and having the chance to ask them question about life and business has been a great boost for Absolute Best Carpet Care's great success.., that along with quality caring clients has helped us as we are booming even in a "slow" economy..

I hope my message of education, training and interrogatory has help along the way in this quest. We as a company made a commentate to only provide a high quality, honest and fair priced service knowing this was the right and only way to do business and we were correct.

In this time of thanksgiving please look around and help someone in need. I could be something simple as a kind word or encouragement for a job well done..

Fall will be upon us here in Raleigh soon. Now is the time to make plans to have your carpet and upholstery cleaned. With the price of carpet soaring, keeping it longer make better financial sense and we can help..

Recently we are getting clients that had someone come out to price replacing the carpet only to find out it very expensive due to high oil prices.. Carpet is made of nylon which is a oil byproduct so when oil goes up so does carpet prices along with everything else..

Earlier this year we cleaned a nice size home in Devils Ridge in Apex. The owner was taken back when they learned it would cost close to $10,000 to re-carpet the house they were selling. They called us and we were able to clean the carpet for only $600, a saving of $9400.00. Needless to say they were very please with the cleaning, the house sold quickly and they recommended us to their friends and neighbor in the Apex NC area..

Cleaning is one part of keeping carpet new looking longer.. Proper and frequent vacuuming also play a hand at this table.. The vacuum need to be maintained providing maximum suction with no or little loss of captured dust.. We recommend and HEPA equipped product to provide maxium airflow...

Garner Chamber of Commerence Expo

We, along with about 100 other Garner, NC., business participated in the Annual Garner Chamber of Commence Expo, at the First Methodist Church, May 1, 2008.

At our booth we highlighted the Allergy Relief Treatment service we provide along with providing information on Carpet, Upholstery, Tile & Grout cleaning and the other service we provide in the Garner, Clayton, Raleigh NC areas.

There was an estimated 1200 locals coming through the door to see every thing from new dishwashers from Garner Appliance Center, to sampling free Ice Cream that was provided by our expo booth neighbor Cold Stone Creamery.

In addition to giving out info on how to avoid getting ripped off by uneducated, uniformed or sometime down right unscrupulous carpet cleaners, we had several drawings for Dollars off coupons, and a grand prize of %50 off any service we offer.

Notables we got pictures with include, Mayor of Garner, Ronnie Williams, along with the reigning Ms. Garner, Amanda Watson, who will be trying for the Ms. North Carolina title and eventually won the title of Ms. North Carolina..

The event was fun and enlightening according to several attendees we talked with during the Expo and we look forward to the next event in May 09..

See us at the Garner Chamber of Commerce Expo

We will be setting up a booth at the annual Garner Chamber of Commerce Expo at the Garner United Methodist Church, April 24th from 11 am -6 pm. off Hwy 70 off the Vandora Springs exit to the right..

This annual event in Garner is put on to help let the community know and meet some of the local Garner Chamber of Commerce members.

Absolute Best Carpet Care will be in booth 80 beside the Cold Stone Creamery ice cream guys.. We will be giving out info on carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, and how to you deal with allergies in the home.. this Free Report is available in our booth. We will also be registering patrons for a carpet or tile cleaning job at no charge.

Will be have magnetic card, free bottles of our Professional Carpet Spotter "POOF" to give away as well..

Stop by to see us Garner United Methodist Church on Vandora Spring Rd, behind Tom Jones Drugs. The events starts at 12Pm and run till 9 pm on thur april 24th.. THere will be good food on site along with lots of good info on local businesses and how they can help you.

Absolute Best Carpet Care is appearing in the Annual Garner Christmas Parade

Absolute Best Carpet Care is one of many participants in the Annual Garner Christmas Parade Sat Dec 1. We will be driving the carpet van with the flashing light and in the regular tradition of the Christmas parade, throwing candy to the kids alone the parade route..

The parade scheduled for Sat Dec 1, will start on Main Street at 10:00. There will be floats, marching bands, clowns, firetrucks, and much more and of course Santa and his reindeer.

Come join the fun and be on the lookout for our carpet cleaning van in the Garner Christmas parade.

Went on cruise,
went to first NASCAR race in Charlotte NC and got Certified in Water Damage Restoration by IICRC..
