New vacuum help with dust, Carpet cleaning Raleigh NC

trying to keep up a bit here getting news out..

We recently replace our old bissell vacuum with a new HEPA filter equipped vacuum by Sanitaire. One of the leading producers of high quality American made vacuums Sanitaire bring a high power vacuum with a sealed HEPA filtration system to eliminate most all dust in the air from vacuuming.

A New Year

A new year is upon us and I forward to making the most of it.. Last year was a good year as we posted a 5% gain over the previous years total. Not bad in a slow economy.

I attribute the increase to several thing.. One Karen in the office answering the phones and booking appointments, a steady onegoing direct mail campaign to keep our clients up to date and let them know we are available to provide service at any time. And to great client service before, during and after the appointment.

In times of a slowing economy and a booming economy you have to provide excellent client service and they will respond with more business, more referrals.
